Meg White and I, Brooke McGuyer Sevier, are inviting you to join our conversations about everything chic and noteworthy in the world of interiors through this blog, Petit Chateau. As longtime design collaborators and business partners, Meg and I are constantly bouncing ideas off each other and sharing our newest finds. We share the same taste and both have a passion for interior design. We love the thrill of hunting for antiques as well as the search for fresh new pieces of furniture. We enjoy discovering the newest fabric lines, finding fabulous stores, and gushing about our design heroes. We talk about the latest spreads in Elle Decor and House Beautiful. It's time we start sharing our ideas, finds, and tips with you.
But first, a little bit about us: In 2007, Meg and I launched our residential interior design company, Sevier & White Interiors, as well as our antique & home furnishings boutique Petit Chateau in Nashville. This past summer, after much thought and consideration, we decided to close our shop so we could finally have the time needed to focus on our many design projects. And we have expanded our reach! Meg continues to manage our clients in Nashville, and I have recently moved and opened our second office in Houston, Texas. Although we have moved on from a storefront, we want to continue to reveal our aesthetic by showing you what peaks our interest in the world of design.
