Suzanne Kasler

Suzanne Kasler has EXPLODED into the design scene, and for good reason. Her interiors are impeccable, graceful, and timeless. She has been inspiring us for a while now. We first met Suzanne at the Spring of 2008 Highpoint Furniture Market in the Hickory Chair Showroom, where she was introducing her fabulous line of furniture. Since then, she has released her book and has created a furniture and accessory collection with Ballard Designs.  She also has collections with Soicher Marin, Visual Comfort, Lee Jofa, and Safavieh. Hope you enjoy these images as much as we do!

A sampling of her line of furniture with Hickory Chair. She based most of her new designs from antique and vintage items from her own personal collection.

It's hard to see from this image, but Suzanne layers an Oushak rug over a sisal in this living room, which is one of our favorite ways to design a room.

Suzanne artfully displays a collection of antique Sunbursts over this Nancy Corzine sofa.

(8)
You too can display a collection of Sunbursts in your home! Suzanne Kasler's set of 3 Sunbursts sells for $ 139.00 from Ballard's Designs found here.

Who wouldn't want to get all dolled up here each morning? We love the Sherle Wagner crystal sconces, the Nancy Corzine Mirror, and the De Gournay Wallcovering.

(10)
This Lewis Mittman St. George bed happens to be one of our favorites. The bed and walls are fabricated in a dreamy floral by Brunschwig and Fils and the mirrored chest adds just the perfect touch of glam.

(11)
She custom designed this stair-runner by piecing two different carpets together!  She is always thinking outside the box!

(12)
We love the peony pink silk draperies next to the linen textured dining table skirt!

(13)
We love the custom Walter Knabe damask wallpaper on the foyer ceiling-how unexpected?! And look at the yummy persimmon Holland and Sherry draperies.

Doesn't this post leave you with wanting more? We can't get enough of this amazingly talented designer, so this won't be the only time we blog about her. But if you are wanting immediate gratification, we highly recommend you grab her latest book, Inspired Interiors. Purchase her book online here.

We leave you with her words, "Be Inspired."
